STEP 2. Choose the fillings: The following sandwich is honey mustard chicken sandwich.

STEP 3. Spread some butter and dijonnaise over one slice of bread, all the way to the edges.
STEP 4. Spread shredded carrot and then place honey mustard chicken breast over them in a single layer.
STEP 5. Top with greens, arugula, watercress and lettuce
STEP 6. Top with the second slice of bread (buttered well). Wrap and keep them tightly together and let them rest for 15 minutes. And cut them carefully.
STEP 7. Pack the sandwiches into the bento box. This bamboo box can protect delicate sandwiches perfectly.
Note; I always use waxed paper bags as a disposable liner to resist leaks.
