
I like this ketchup seasoned Japanese dish, I rarely eat it though.
There are two things that I always do when I make the ketchup spaghetti.
*Cut all the ingredients into pieces of roughly the same size for even cooking, looking beautiful and eating easily.
*Before combining cooked spaghetti with other ingredients, cook sausages and veggies well in a large skillet until tender and slightly brown over medium-high heat. And then lower the heat. Add ketchup to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens. It is important to thicken the sauce mixture for the strong sweet salty and a little bit biter ketchup flavor.

今日はスパゲッティナポリタン弁当です。子供の頃にほとんどナポリタンを食べなかった私にとっては大人の味。土井善晴さんのレシピをいつも参考にしています。パスタと具材を混ぜる前に、具材をしっかり炒めケチャップで味付けし、よく焼き付けると美味しい。パセリ、パルミジャーノはたっぷりと。

Howt to fill the bento box with ketchup spaghetti.
When I put the pasta into the bento box, I use a large fork and chopsticks. First of all, set aside some sausages and veggies for garnishing. Insert the fork into the pot and twirl them up, place the pasta gently into the box. Repeat until all the pasta has been filled with the box. And then sprinkle the ingredients (sausages and veggies) over the pasta with chopsticks.
スパゲッティナポリタン弁当の詰め方。最後の飾り付け用の具材はあらかじめ取り置きます。パスタは後で修正がしにくいので、どさっと詰めず、大きめのフォークで少しずつ。今回は、まず半分詰めて、そのうえに残りを載せました。具材はお箸でパラっとね。
