Rice balls bento/おにぎり弁当

I formed meatballs with sliced pork loin and cooked with teriyaki mixture (soy sauce, sake and mirin). Rice balls are mixed lightly with hijiki seasoning and sesame seeds. The simmered broccoli is a simple side dish that goes well with teriyaki meatballs.

今日はおにぎり弁当です。ミートボールは薄切りの豚肉を丸めて作った簡単バージョン。照り焼きにしています。付け合せはブロッコリーの蒸し焼き。ほとんどお水を使わないので味濃く仕上がります。おにぎりはひじきのふりかけと白ごま入り。

・蒸し焼きブロッコリー
・梅のコンポート
・カボチャの煮物
