I love to eat row zucchini, especially when it’s sliced very thinly and marinated in olive oil and lemon juice. Do you know that zucchini is a very low-cal green?
This salad is very easy to make. Cut a zucchini into thin slices and mix up with live oil, lemon juice or vinegar and salt and then let them sit for 10-15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Thank you my dear friends for asking me for my baby cabbage pickles recipe. Here’s how to do it! .
*200-300g baby cabbage, fresh, sliced in half if you want
*3/4 cup cider vinegar, 3/4 cup water, *1/4-1/3 cup sugar
*1/2 tsp salt
*1/2 tbsp peppercorns
*2 bay leaves
*1/2 tbsp fresh ginger, cut into thin strips, optional
*for sweet vinegar mixture, in a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar and salt over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring frequently until sugar and salt has dissolved.
*remove from heat and cool completely
*blanch baby cabbages for a few minutes. .
*pack them into jars and pour the vinegar mixture into them.
*place the jars in refrigerator and let them sit for more than a week before eating for the best flavor.
