How to pack the food into the bento box;
Shungiku leaves and mushroom salad is my fave winter dish. cut shungiku into “salad size” pieces and slice mushrooms. Combine the leaves, mushrooms, shio kombu, sesame seeds and sesame oil and then toss them up well. Let them sit for a while before serving until the shio kombu become soft and wilted and the salad will improve in flavor.
