Ingredients;
*biscuit, crushed with a rolling pin
*sweet chestnut compote, whole and chopped
*heavy cream, whipped and mixed with chopped chestnuts and puree
*custard cream, mixed with heavy whipping cream
*chestnut cream: chestnut puree and heavy cream
Steps;
*spoon a little crushed biscuits into the bottom of your jars and lightly pack them down
*place a chestnut on top of biscuits.
*spoon heavy whipping cream over that.
*fill a pastry bag, a large round tip on, with the custard cream and pipe the cream onto the cake
*fill another pastry bag, a Mont Blanc nozzle or small round tip, with chest cream and pipe it on top of the cakes to cover them it well.
*and then top it with a sweet chestnut compote
*top each jar with a lid and store in the fridge up to a few hours before serving.
