
This fresh lemon-flavored grilled chicken is a great recipe for a simple prep. Make a season salt with chopped lemon zest and salt/pepper and rub the chicken thigh allover with the salt mixture and olive oil. Then refrigerate the meat overnight. And then grill until golden brown and done. I cooked mustard greens with the chicken today.

今日は鶏肉の塩レモン焼き弁当です。簡単で美味しく、レモンの香りが美味しいおかず。レモンの皮を刻んだものを塩コショウを混ぜ、オリーブオイルと共に鶏肉に塗ります。冷蔵庫で一晩寝かせて、あとは焼くだけ。今日は菜の花と一緒に焼きました。

・ごはん、ちりめん山椒

・紅白なます
・だし巻き卵、蕗のとう味噌、お漬物、枝豆

The seasoning on top of cooked rice is one of my all-time faves “Chirimen-sansho”, tiny dried fish mixed up with Japanese sansho pepper. I would like to try my hand at this delicious flavorful and a little tangy sseasoning.
