This sandwich is Caprese salad on the go 🙂 I really love this fresh flavorful combination of ingredients. Don’t forget to drizzle a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar over them.

How to make caprese and egg salad sandwich bento
For cutting sandwiches beautifully, wrap them in plastic wrap and then cut in half. This Starbucks white tumbler is my fav. I always put tea in it…not coffee.
