STEP 1. Spread some butter and Dijon mustard (for egg salad sandwich) over the slice of English muffin all the way to edges.
STEP 2. Place sliced tomatoes (right) and cucumbers (left). And place sliced mozzarella cheese (right) and spread egg salad (left).
STEP 3. Top with greens, right; basil left; watercress and lettuce.
STEP 4. Top with another slices of English muffin, buttered well. Wrap and let tem rest for 15 minutes.
STEP 5. Cut them in half and pack them into the bento box.
