My fav summer green salad with kiwi, zucchini and carrot, green smoothie and a cup of tea. I like sprinkling roasted nuts on the salad.
My roasted walnuts recipe; heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, add 1 cup walnuts and 2 tbsp butter. Cook them until brown, stirring frequently. And transfer them onto the baking sheet and let them cool. The finished product is really great.
