I made soy-glazed beef with green beans that can add wonderfully crunchy texture. I like that texture, so am really careful not to overcook the beans.
The molded rice balls are a little fragile, so I form them with the mold onto the Haran leaves or plastic wrap and then pack into the bento box.
This steamed sweet potato with peanut butter is one of my fav fall recipes. Steam sweet potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then mixed hot sweet potatoes up with peanut butter and salt or soy sauce.

*boiled komatsuna leaves seasoned with dashi and soy sauce

牛肉の時雨煮はモロッコインゲンで歯ごたえをプラス。
秋のサツマイモ料理といえばピーナッツバナー和え。
蒸したサツマイモをピーナッツバターと塩(または醤油)で和えるだけの大好きなおかずです。あまり見えてないな。。
物相型のおにぎりは崩れやすいので、最初に葉蘭(かラップ)の上で作ってから、お弁当箱に。

・牛肉の時雨煮、インゲン入り
・蒸しサツマイモのピーナッツバナー和え

The flower-shaped one is mixed with yukari and the gourd-shaped one mixed with nozawana seasoning.
My fav sides that I filled up the small gaps in this bento with are takuan, radish pickles, kuromame and nozawana green pickles.

おにぎり弁当の詰め方
おにぎりはフリカケを混ぜるのが好き。中に入れるなら、牛肉の時雨煮と梅干しが好きです。
梅のおにぎりにはゆかり、瓢箪のおにぎりには野沢菜を混ぜています。
おにぎりのお弁当は隙間がわりとできるので、小さなおかずがいつもより多め。今日は、沢庵、赤かぶの漬物、黒豆、野沢菜です。
茹で卵が美しくできると嬉しい。
