
This is my fav easy marinade from scratch for salmon. A simple miso and sake sauce blend wonderfully with the salmon flavor.
When cooking, I sprayed the hot skillet with vegetable oil to keep the salmon sticking and grilled it with the skin down first and then flip it over.
I am sure that this will taste good with other type of fish!

*balsamic marinated mushroom

*green pea shoots stir-fry

*simmered squash with dashi, leaf-shaped ones
*simmered green soy beans
今日は鮭の味噌漬け焼き弁当です。漬けるといっても、私の味噌漬けは簡単で、味噌をお酒と少しの味醂で溶いて、鮭の切り身に塗って一晩置いたものです。
どんな魚も、いつもこの方法で。焼くときは皮目から。念のため、少し油を引いています。

How to pack the grilled salmon and the food into the bento box/焼き魚弁当の詰め方:
I really love these pea shoots…that taste great added to salad, sandwich or any stir-fry.
In this case, I stir-fried pea shoots with salt, sesame oil and chopped ginger and scallions.
Make sure not to let the shoots overcooked. You should turn off heat just when they has wilted down but a little crunch and colorful green. So you won’t lose the freshness of the pea flavor.

今日は生姜・長ネギのみじん切りと共に炒め物に。
炒め過ぎないようにするのが美味しく頂くコツかな。
