
I made “Futomaki” sushi rolls with thick omelette, cucumber, sweet-salty inari-age, smoked salmon, red ginger pickle, shiso leaves, nori and sushi rice. Maybe it’s not so easy to prepare, but the ingredients are very nice combination and it’s perfect for those who do care much for raw fish.
What’s in this bento;
*”Futomaki” sushi roll
*mustard green salad, okra salad
*grilled salted mackerel
*”namaru”, carrot and daikon radish salad with sweet vinegar
*takuan pickles, edamame, glazed dried beans
今日は太巻き寿司弁当です。中身は、厚焼き玉子、稲荷揚げ、キュウリ、スモークサーモン、紅生姜、紫蘇の葉。それぞれ準備する手間はあるけれど、大好きな組み合わせ。こういう太巻きは生魚が苦手な人にも良いよね。

・菜の花の胡麻和え、オクラの胡麻和え
・焼き塩鯖
・紅白なます
・たくあん、枝豆、甘辛入り大豆

I usually use 250-300g sushi rice per one roll. When you put a nori sheet on a bamboo mat and top with sushi rice, make sure to let your fingers moist to prevent the rice from sticking and spread the rice out to cover the entire sheet.
いつも1本の巻きずしにじゃ250~300gの酢飯を。海苔に広げる時は、指を水で少し湿らせています。
