
Salmon fillet was marinated with miso, mirin and fresh ginger juice and a little oil. I usually use re-sealable plastic bag. Place the fillet in the plastic bag, pour the marinade into it, close tightly and turn several times to coat well with miso mixture. And then let it sit in the fridge overnight.
